1:30-3:30: Opened end hydrant, pump #2 kicked on acting as lead pump, chlorine pump was running as pump #2 pumped to waste for ten minutes, plc interface read 240 gpm for pump #2 the same as the meter, the plc interface showed pump #1 flowing 270 gpm with the pump off, when the system reached low water condition the alarm sounded, and the prelube valve opened for pump #1, when this happened the red dot representing the prelube valve on the plc interface turned green, after ten minutes when pump #1 started the green dot representing the prelube valve on the plc interface turned red even though the prelube valve was open and flowing water, the flow for pump #1 was about 265 gpm on both the meter and the plc interface.
